Body tuning helps to loosen and relax your body so you're ready to receive the care that you deserve. It's based on the Japanese "Hako Body Tuning" method which helps to release your stored stress, pain and trauma using zen techniques, touch, massage and various other Japanese mindfulness practices.

Our bodies experience wear and tear on a daily basis. As we age and go through the motions of life we develop hard-to-break habits and trauma build-up that ultimately causes problems down the line.

We offer a comprehensive 1 hour consultation with a full body analysis to assess your body’s needs.

Step 2

FINE TUNE YOUR BODY TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE

Once you’ve built a better understanding of your own body it’s time to get to work! ... and by “work” I mean doing simple exercises 1-3 times a week that are no longer than 30 seconds each.

You read that right! Go back and read it again if you need to.

Self care will not be hard or strenuous once your body is ready to receive it.

We will use the full body analysis from your consultation to personalise this method to work for you.

During each session you’ll have regular check-ins with your body to allow you and your body the space to process your experiences and let go of what is no longer needed.

Full Body Analysis

What to expect:

  • During your consultation (and 3rd session for Premium Plan clients) I will listen to your problem areas and concerns and have a look at each section of your body in order to map out any imbalances, stiff areas and pain points.

  • Your personal analysis will be emailed directly to you and will act as a guide for future sessions to help you keep track of any changes and improvements that you experience throughout your Body Tuning journey.

  • In the ‘Notes’ section you will find recommendations for which areas to tune and advice on how to move forward with your recovery during the next few weeks following your session.

  • If you are already a member of the HOZY Online Studio, log in to watch area focused tuning videos and read informational articles which will guide you through your recovery. If you are not yet a member Join Now.

  • Even after one session, I’ve gained back a healthier posture and am free from a lot of pains and discomforts that once I kind of thought would last forever..
